A tax and accounting firm was building the same financial packet for every client by hand, every month — reconciliation, open items, P&L, balance sheet, 1099 detail. We helped them build an agent that assembles the whole packet straight from their books in QuickBooks, same template every time. What took weeks now takes about ten minutes, and the bookkeeper reviews the work instead of assembling it.

Reps lose time hunting specs across line cards, spec sheets, and the website. We built a Teams assistant that answers from the company's own catalog only and won't invent a part number or spec. Built, tested, and deployed in a single weekend.
Rate Cleanup
Years of stale, inactive rate records were cluttering lookups and risking misquotes. We built an agent that finds them and clears them on a controlled, reviewable basis. Passed a supervised test run against production data, no false positives.
